    Default Quitting childminding

    Hi I jumped on this thread to see if I could offer support to anyone. Didn't realise you were quitting smokin, lol. I gave up smoking on day first child born over 14yrs ago. Best thing I ever did. Every time you get a craving grab a pen and paper and write down 10 reasons for having a ciggy and 10 reasons for not. Reason 1 "I don't smoke" that's a positive start!
