Stick at it, I've recently stopped and finding it difficult but resisting temptation! My partner smokes, that doesn't help.

im rubbish girls i give in i dont no whats wrong with me i just cant stop i tryed lozengers and patchs keeping fit reading nothing is woorking i dont no what to do

sounds like you've hit a slump! just remind yourself of why you want to give up. tell yourself you can do it and you will. each time you fight - you're a step closer to being craving free!!!

I gave up just over six years ago, I just bought chewing gum to keep at hand for when I had any weak moments....keeping busy is a big help too.

I gave up 6 months ago, having smoked a packet a week for 30 years. I only used to smoke in the evenings never during the day.
I just used will power and still get the cravings especially when I have a glass of wine in my hand!
It is getting easier as the weeks go by and if I can do it anyone can, you just have to stick at it.
