    Default App not working?

    Hello.

    Help!

Since yesterday I have not been able to open any posts on the childminder forum app. I just get a message saying 'the remote server sent an unknown response. This could be a result of forum software plugin being outdated or having a conflict'

    I haven't updated my phone software. I have a Samsung A3 2016 model.

    Thanks x

I had an issue using the app on my ipad and posted a similar post.

Unfortunately the company that produced the forum apps are no longer making updates so it will not work on some devices or more recent versions of iOS or Android. You can access the forum website from a mobile web browser.

I wonder if it's filtered through to your phone now?

Hopefully the app will be relaunched, fingers crossed

I'm waiting to hear back from the company who make the forum software. They now have an alternative mobile product that we may have to move to.

    I'm sorry about the inconvenience.

Loocyloo I'm using the forum through the internet not the app.

I can reply to a post without quoting and use the smilies

    Thanks...
I'm using it through Internet on my phone, but find the app was easier to read! As on my phone everything is very small!

Hope the app comes back ☺

Unfortunately the company that wrote the forum software and the forum app are no longer providing updates for the app. We are currently looking into finding an alternative solution for the app. Apologies for any inconvenience.
