    Default showing sensitivity

    hello all fellow childminders.

i am currently doing workbooks as i am in the process of becoming a childminder. my mind is blank and i need some help urgently please please please.

    i need to answer:

How would you show sensitivity? What strategies would you use to communicate? How would you adapt your own communication?

towards a parent who is in crisis?

any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

You would listen, accept what they are saying (you don't need to agree or argue - just accept) and then point them in the direction of someone with more experience to support them.
