I have a parent who is receiving tax credits , but I will be sharing the childminding with another childminder , who's registration number does she use ?

Both.
Parent needs to inform TC's of the total for each provider and they will calculate the total amount of TC's parent is to receive.
If there's a miscalculation, an over or under payment, that's between parent and TC's.
