    Default Vacancies

I'm having a problem with one family, I have been approached by all my currents families for extra sessions in September! all agreed with what I offered expect one family! they then contacted other childminder about vacancies but asked them not to tell me what they were doing. All the other childminders said they needed to talk to me first they finally sent me an email saying they were looking elsewhere, now because they can't found a childminder they want to retract their email about finishing and stay for the two days, meanwhile I have offered the spare session to the other family who do I give the space to.

Personally I would still let the other family have the days as you have offered them the space and tell the family who wanted to leave you that you don't have the space anymore, I would find it very uncomfortable dealing with this family knowing they wanted to leave but couldn't find anyone else to have them.
