Richard and his tech guys are running test after test to try and work out what is happening but it doesn't appear during any of their tests.

Please do the screen prints if you can - I have explained how to do them earlier in the thread.

Sorry for the lack of feedback. It seems we're not the only forum having problems and we're trying to get in touch with a few others to see if they can give us any more information. We'll hopefully have a fix in place soon.

Is anyone still seeing popups? We've temporarily hidden the adverts provided by Google (for logged in members) while we try and sort this out. We think they're the root cause of the problem, but we can't be too sure.
