I just type www.childmindingforum.co.uk into my aol home page and it puts me into the old blue forum page and directs me straight to new forum page and logo, never had a problem doing it this way

I've got the default message too - I've always typed in 'childminding forum' but have to put 'childminding help' in now.

You shouldn't need to find it or type it every time... you can put it into your favourites / bookmarks bar and just click on it.

Have a play - you can't break anything

When you first open the forum and you have the address www.childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum -

In Chrome click the little star on the right of the address bar and ask it to put the forum link onto your favourites bar / bookmarks bar.

IE and firefox are slightly different but the theory is the same.

I haven't been able to access for 2 days (did you miss me?) In the end I spoke to a couple of people on FB who suggested trying google chrome and fire fox etc which I did and still couldn't get on In the end another friend sent me a link which did work and so I deleted my old link on my favourites and then re added it. Sounds complicated, but I'm here

So glad it wasn't just me!!! I'm a bit of a technophobe but have got onto the forum the same way for years so confused me - not that it takes a lot
