Has anyone done a policy for parents about using orbit? I'm finding it hard to put it into words, any samples would be appreciated.

I have a list of things on my consent form, one is to do observations. I would just add under that an approval to use an online system to do observations. You can explain what it is beforehand so they know what they are agreeing to. Most parents would welcome its use as they can see the observations as they are uploaded
