It's only three days but I never thought I would get this far!! From 30 a day mind. I have gum but I don't need many. Decided to diet at the same time as I always put on weight when I try and I have lost 5 pounds this week. What a change of lifestyle! But I have just taken on a baby and I didn't want him to be able to smell fag on me!! :o You know part of the reason was this forum, so thanks! :laughing:

Ull get there. It's been 4 months today that i gave up. If anyone struggles to stay a quitter ask your doctor to put you on the tablets. Thats what i ended up on and they work a charm.Quote:
