At a loose end!!

Hi all i had a phone call the first one!
The parents were coming to see me tonight to sign contracts and an hour before they were due i got the dreaded call.
ITS CANCELED
They have tried to find cheaper and cant and then they cant get child tax credits and so cant afford to send there 2 kiddies i am so gutted its unreal but to make matters worse i was told my number had been passed to another mum who was in need of care and they havent called so im doubley gutted Things need to start looking up for me...

oh what a shame, i bet you're really dissapointed.

I even painted my kitchen and hall and stairs lol

but just think it's all in place now so when your next call comes in your hall stairs and kitchen will be immaculate

Oh i know its given me a big kick up bum im glad i did what ive done to prepare for parents coming but i was in the Army for 7yrs so bit of a perfectionist!!!

Im sure i will ive been asked to do april holiday cover so that should be good, And its my sons christening on sunday so ill be throwing myself into that to keep me occupied

I know how you are feeling!

I mind on a Tuesday and Thursday so on the other days I feel like I am wasting my time and registration.

I have had quite a few enquirys but not much has come of them for one reason or another.

I really hope that you get some more phone calls soon, keep us posted.

Sorry to hear it didn't work out. Hang in there and try not to feel too down. It's very slow right now where I am but coming here to the forum keeps me motivated and inspired.
