Expenses for tax

Seriously have baby brain at the minute you wouldn’t have thought I’d been completing tax returns for 14 years :/
Trying to sort my percentages out (what percentage of bills we can claim), can anyone point me to a website or share some info on the below:

Working 48 hours per week
Gas and electric
Water rates
Council tax
