30 hours... making it work

I think the plan put forward by the York nursery is about the only way anyone can make this work.

I saw a post somewhere where one of the trial settings had been given £4.88 an hour and the LA rate has recently been announced at £4.09
How can that be allowed to happen?! If you're going to trial something surely it should be a REALISTIC trial not an enhanced one :angry:
