Updating old style SEF onto new form?
I completed my last SEF on a word document of the form in 2013 and rather than e mailing it,( because of last minute serious pc issues!) made a hard copy for my inspector to view. She was happy with this, but advised that next time, I e mail it in advance of inspection. I've always found it easier to make notes by hand and have a lot of new bits of info written down, but the main body of my SEF won't have changed much at all.
Now that the form has changed, and there are new questions, I'm not sure whether to copy my original SEF into the relevant bits of the new form and add updated info (maybe in a different colour?), or send them two documents i.e the old one and a new updated one?At the moment, I'm thinking that copying and pasting from old form to new is the way to go, as the original one took absolutely ages, and I don't want to duplicate info that I already have..., but also need to show that I'm thinking about my practice and making improvements etc...what would you do?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...thank you!
