Have you tried speaking to your local SENCO to ask if they can give you a link to download a copy?
i know where to download it from but it is 300 + pages long and i need 2 so would much prefer to buy it if possible.
there is a page you can buy paperwork from and i cant for the life of me remember the site .
I have never seen it printed - if you have an online copy you might find a printer will be able to do a couple of copies quite cheaply for you :D
