Changes to insurance

I applied to do renewal online.

I got asked if I did anything like Parent and toddler groups, drop off and pick ups

As I don't know any childminder who does any it seemed an odd question.

It then refused to insure and referred me onto the insurer

Anyone else had this ..

DOn't know if it will affect the price but seemed odd.

Who is the insurance with? And what for?

Public liability? House or contents insurance?

I have a vague memory of answering those sort of questions, but have no idea what for! I do attend parent and toddler groups, and have picked up/dropped off on occasion - mainly when it suited me.
