**NEW** Staff behaviour policy

It is a requirement of the new document 'Inspecting Safeguarding in Early Years' to have a Staff Behaviour Policy.

I'm assuming if I don't have staff then I don't need a "Staff behaviour policy" but would need to show awareness of the changes if questioned by Ofsted?
