I have to go to a mindee's birthday party this afternoon - they will all be there. I would really, really rather not go but it would be rude not to.
Have a tender mouth as I visited the hygienist yesterday and I think she butchered me. It was a very long overdue visit and so I probably needed it :rolleyes:

Spent the day at an air show not the car fest one. This evening I hope fire an early night then a nice family walk tomorrow
Me n dd2 had afternoon tea up the shard this afternoon. Had a lovely time. Views are amazing and even had a wee in the loo with a view:blush: hope everyone has a good weekend x

The downstairs of my home is now sparkling, had friends round for dinner yesterday so made a special effort. DH made a particularly delicious rasperry custard tart as we have an abundance of raspberries in the garden and I have just had the last slice for breakfast ! This is the start of a a saying yes day- do you want a very calorie laden breakfast - yes. Do you want to wear loose cotton clothing all day? Yes. Do you want to have a brandy in your coffee ? Yes ( please) shall we go out for lunch ? Yes! Do you want to order that new lens for your camera? YES.
It has started well!
Had a great night at the Abba tribute - lots of face painting and sparkle, food, alcohol, singing and dancing.
Going to sort a few bit of housework out and then prepare tea. Ds has come home from camp like hes not eaten for a week. So a roast lamb dinner it is :thumbsup:
Then off to the pub quiz tonight :)
I think you have to book to go up the shard anyway. The afternoon tea was booked with fortnum n mason for my birthday present. It is well worth doingQuote:
