I've tried looking into this but can see no benefit at all. It seems I would have to do a partnership tax return and then myself and my co-minder would then have to do our own self assessment tax returns too. What would be the point in an extra tax return?? There would seem to be zero benefit to us and zero benefit to hmrc? Unless I'm missing something?
