I do an All About Me form for each new parent to complete and then I can plan for the child by their interests at home.
If you are starting settling-in that means you have agreed to care for the child and have a contract in place already?Quote:

Do you have a 'parents information pack'? that is the tool you need to make sure the parents know all about your setting, ethos, policies and have the opportunity to ask any questions for clarification...settling in is really like a hand-over with the child starting to form attachment with you
