Do you wear an disposable apron when changing nappies?
I never do and have never been told to.Unlike a nursery we aren't changing nappy after nappy after nappy.Wear disaposable gloves though at times.
No I don't :D
No, but have always used gloves, xx
No I don't and never have.
Only once used gloves as the child was covered after a bad nappy but generally I don't use either
Nope I don't and never have x
I was given some aprons once, so thought I'd try them, but to be honest, they were more of a hindrance than a help.
I do wear gloves though. Once I started using them, I've never gone back to changing nappies without them.
nope, I change nappies on a mat on the floor and an apron would get in the way.
I have gloves always to hand, but only use for messy nappies or if a child is taking antibiotics etc
No aprons or gloves here
Yes I do. Only because I am in Scotland and we have too. They are a total pain. I have to change nappies on a mat on the floor in my bathroom. I have a tiny bathroom. Storing them is also a pain as the only ones I could find to buy were online and came in a pack of 100. I have a tiny bathroom so storing them, nappies, sudocream, gloves, wipes becomes a pain.
I've then also got to dispose of the apron after each nappy change. Don't have alot of bin space.
I was told by my registration inspector that I had to use them as spores get on my clothes from changing a nappy and I could be carrying these spores anywhere.
I don't plan too, as they were such a pain at pre-school. I have however bought lots of gloves for all those lovely poo nappies! x
I don't use aprons but always use gloves x
