This month in the Childcare Expo office we’re talking about play. We’ve packed the show in September with loads of play workshops, seminars, feature areas and products.

So a trip to the exhibition will give you a chance to meet with suppliers, experts and trainers to discuss creative play experiences and to give you a range of ideas to take back to your setting.

Explore a variety of magical world with TTS’s Inspirational Themes feature area! The Inspirational Themes area will take you from the land of the dinosaurs, to the construction site, the space zone, a Pirate Island and even to a Wizards workshop. And if that wasn’t enough you’ll discover lots of ideas ready for Christmas by entering the magical world of ice and snow.

You can also discover how to use what you already have to create magical play experiences. From the humble cardboard box through to kitchen objects, we have a range of leading early years trainers on hand to show you how to create something out of nothing in the Play on a Budget workshops area!

Outdoor play is a hot topic and it creates those enriching and unforgettable experiences; the puddles, the mud pies, the sun pictures, rolling around in the leaves. We have a variety of companies who offer outdoor play resources and Gail Ryder Richardson from Outdoor Matters will be hosting a dynamic seminar about the true value that the outdoor holds and will give you an array of playful ideas for hours of outdoor fun.
