T shirts

We have had a fab day today Went into a local woods with some friends and their kids, took a walk looking at all things nature and encouraged the kids to use what they saw for inspiration to make t shirt designs

this is what they came up with

my 4 yr olds on left is her walking through the forest, and the 3yr old mindees is all the colours he saw




My 9yr old niece did all things pretty in nature, and the other is by my 8yr old mindee who did grass for hair, flowers for eyes, a tree trunk for nose and lake for mouth


and finally my 10yr old DD did a crossword type one



it was an uber cheap activity (t shirts 1.75 for 2 in tescos ) and they had a great time. Im really proud of all their creations

thanks all, it was lots of fun and great to see the kids being so creative outdoors. We used a combination of textile pens and fluorescent fabric paints (both from baker ross)

WOW, They are fantastic.

We did Tye Dye T-shirts last year, they were a big hit too.

Will have to have a look in Tesco's for some T-shirts.
