Default Mothers Day Pot of Flowers

Over the last week and a bit I have been getting my little ones to mix paints together using different tools on pieces of paper. (ages of mindees 12mths, 20mths and 3yrs). This has made some lovely patters. I also just got one piece of paper in just green paint, red and yellow.

Then yesterday I made templates of their hands, bees/ladybirds and some flowers and cut them out from the painted paper.

I also found a really easy way to make paper flowers, which i made at the weekend and the children had great fun covering them in glitter yesterday.

Yesterday the children decorated the ladybirds and bees with stripes and spots and googly eyes

I have just finished putting them all together in their own pots.

Hopefully i have given some people some new ideas to try

Lovely idea and great photo's (helps very much to be able to re-create!) Will make these for next year, looks like a fairly cheap craft to make.
    Thanks for sharing.
