    we made them last year , or even the year before now. They were one of Paulines you-tube crafts. We made extra so some could stay here in our elmer storybox.

    2.5 one managed half then the rest with help the 2nd mindee managed most of it but asked for help with the gaps. I Was amazed at 2nd mindees concentration they loved it and it was fairly neat not all scrunched up etc. :-)

    They are lovely. How do u make them?! Think they will b a great half term activity for my 9 year old as well as my 18 month old with support

    Just used 4pt milk carton/bottle , cut off bottom and neck , snipped trunk then taped over lid hole and then decorated. Someone posted a link on this thread of a video explaining how to make them too. I got my idea from google ( sorry Pauline :-( ) x have fun

    Erm slight problem, my mindees are having too much fun just playing with the cut bottles!!! This is hilarious, the 20 month old is doing all the voices as well.

    thanks for this idea...I had a lovely afternoon making them ...LOL...mindees just messed with the glue and tissue paper(which bled dye all over their fingers )
