Hi there this is my first time using this forum so I'm hoping I'm doing this correctly!
Is there anyone who knows a link for a permission form regarding children over the age of 8 years to walk to and from school by themselves? Cheers

I just created my own which I, parents and child all signed.

It stated when child was due to arrive and that child was not my responsibility until in my door.

What to do/who to contact if child didn't turn up.

Child's agreement to contact me if running late/problems etc.

I would also ring your insurance company and see what they say/run what you want to say past them!
