    Default Is it enough??

    Hi there,
Just wondering, I know it's not a requirement to have written RA'S but do you think a prompt sheet is enough - I have a laminated daily prompt sheet displayed on kitchen wall with things like check stairgate, room temp etc but not sure if this enough.
    Thanks in advance xx

You need to be able to show an inspector you can use RAs to keep children safe in...
    - house (so that is things on your prompt sheet but also covers how you store your toys, how you allow children to access outside areas, how you use highchairs etc, hygiene like nappy proceedures, hand washing etc etc.
    - Then there is your garden (if you have one)- poisonous plants, steps, gravel, play equipment, trampoline etc.
    - Then outside your setting- buggies, road safety like using reins and hand-holding, car use, scooters/bikes.
    - You should be able to talk about RAs of trip you do like school run, park, playground, softplay, beach, woods or wherever you go.

But none of it needs to be written!
