I can't see anything missing it's full of everything you need. To know.
Have you thought of breaking it up with photographs of your home and outings, children's drawings, photo of sample learning journey etc.
It's just it's a lot of words for a person who is more of a visual learner my hubby would probably read only the first bit.

It looks good and I was going to suggest a few photos! I have photos of my setting so if only one partner comes the other get a flavour.

You worked in your previous life a good long time. I bet you have some friends or acquaintances in common with my sister! She lives in Strood and has many friends in the Police. (she was and A & E nurse for many years) She puppy walked Police Dogs for Kent Police for years. She only gave up a couple of years ago when she was given a dog she had trained and who did not settle with their handler and they couldn't re assign him quickly enough so they knew my sister had a real soft spot for him and offered him to her.
