I just did all the obvious . Discussing fire risk drill. Mentioning child monitor. How child cd get to me, leaving light on. Risks in room - windows locked or too high for risk. Overhead cupboards risk of pulling things down, safety film over glass or double glazed windows. Ofsted were mainly interested in fire risk . It's a myth they won't approve you for 2nd floor bedroom as I was. I was warned by everyone incl my Cmm adviser that they didn't like 2nd floors si I prepared a 1st floor bedroom too and both were approved!
Radio linked fire alarms are really needed for overnight I discovered.
Not sure if that helps .
