    Default Transitions booklet

    Hi, not sure if this is in the right place or not but does anyone have a transitions booklet? Mrs.O said i should have one in place ready but not too sure of what to put in it, i have some ideas. I have all the relevant permissions for sharing information.

    When a child leaves I give the parents their child's learning journey to (hopefully) pass on to the next setting.

    As part of that I write a short round-up of the child's achievements and next steps.

    I don't have anything else...

    Are you talking about what you pass on when a child leaves or something you would share with another setting the child is attending whilst they are still with you?
