    Default medication form

Im updating my policies and am worried ive missed something on my medication policy.

Ive put that for each medication the parent has to sign a medication form, and that they should sign it in the morning if its for anti b's or something like that. That i will only give meds knowing its theirs in the original bottle with the childs name on.
That if they require a puffer that i need one as a spare.
if its epipens i need to have extra training.
    anything else?

im sure mines fine, its basically the bromley one but with these tweaks... have i missed something.
