that sounds like a good idea ,, i used a daily routine sheet that included childrens arrival and departure times ,, but your idea sounds better more of a Quick View of children's attendance,, also shows your keeping with in your numbers for mrs ofsted,,,
i think i used the front sheets of the ncma attendence book but if others have a better idear im sticking around to find out x x x x
I use this one for the school hols- feel free to adapt as it just has spaces for my registered numbers

I drew my own up which is attached. Just change the numbers and times as needed. I have left in my logo so you could add in yours as needed and then it will print off on three pages. As you can see the different colours are for different ages and then you can see when you have spaces.
Sheet 1 shows the term time and hols and sheet 2 shows all per day
Hope this helps

Have printed some out and written down who I have in the holidays. Excellent.
Or is it? Looks like I will be working 50 hours most weeks!
I use a family planner which looks very similar to Miss Mopple's. Debbie - yours looks very impressive but I may have to study it a bit longer before I understand it
There is also a numbers schedule in the green member free downloads section.
