    Cool learning journey forms for part timers?

    Hi all does anyone know, do I need to do learning journey forms/assesments for a child I will have only one day a week?

    For my one day a week child, I have a form which shows...

    An observation... a link to the Eyfs... any comments from parents / other settings... ideas for next steps.

    This is exactly the same as I have for all the other children but shorter!

    Yes you do!

    I have 4 mindees, 3 do one day each and one does 2 days. they all have a learning journal folder with observations, assessment reviews, individual plans etc. If they are EYFS age you have to do it
