Default New NCMA Contracts - Answer!!!

At long last an answer from NCMA about the new contracts! I received this in an email this afternoon after a long conversation this morning.

Thank you for your telephone conversation of this afternoon in reference to up to date contracts.
On the revised contract there is a section for the 'Details of parental responsibility, legal contact and residence Arrangements'. When you order your contract you will receive the revised one.

This clears up a lot of recent confusion and will make life eaier for those who use NCMA Contracts.

I wonder what NCMA are intending to do about those childminders who bought their contracts since the regulations changed in September...?

They will have the wrong information on them won't they? Even members who bought recently have been saying theirs don't have that section.

Will they change them I wonder?

They have NOT got the wrong information Sarah, just not ALL the information.

Well, I guess they are in business and all those people will have to to do an additional sheet like me. Why do you all have to be so negative?

Or of course you could buy a new set of contracts and photocopy the relevent section to add to your existing ones, hardly rocket science is it?

I wonder what wonderful MM have included on their new contracts that of course they issued ready for sept!!!!! When they address the problem I wonder if they will change all contract pads they have sold since last Sept????!!!!!!!!!

I went to their stand at a recent conference and they didn't know what I was talking about. At least NCMA have addressed the issue albeit it has taken a bit of time.

A thank you for passing on the info would have been nice.

I dont use NCMA anymore so this wont affect me

What do you do though with the contracts that you already have if they havent got ALL the information on them - would you add it in or would you just buy new ones ?

Thanks for the information though and for finding out about it

you are right rs it isn't rocket science but not every one has your experience.
or knowledge but we know now

also if you recently brought contracts you may not have the one with the info on. if anyone wants me to tell them exactly what is on the new contracts so they can add a new sheet then please pm me and i will gladly pass the info on
thank you from us all for finding the information, as i said i already have the contracts so if anyone wanted to know the information i would have been happy to pass it on but you have kindly done it for us

Miss Amanda Please could I see your information I was sent the old style contracts recently so I would be really greatful to get an idea of yours so I know what I have done is correct because I have lots of contracts so I am not going to need the "new style" ones for a while. Thank you for your offer!

Note to self....could really do with punctuating my sentences properly!

    No!

Just thought it was easier to update the Child Information forms than add sheets onto contracts.

It doesn't matter where the information is recorded so long as you have it so it's just a case of what works for you
