Maintenance Record for Toys

Would anyone have a sample Toy maintanance form, that records, toys checked, broken etc that I could have a look at?

I don't have one either... I think this would be useful in a group setting where lots of members of staff are involved.

Here, it's down to me - check it, clean it ... fix it if necessary or chuck it away

Hi Guys,

Found a Toy/Equipment Maintenance Record in one of my book, so made a copy in excel. For some reason won't let me attach.

There are 4 columns :

DATE OF CHECK ITEM FINDINGS REPAIRED/REPLACED
