    Default All about me document?

Hi I'm a new cm, just signed up a 5 year old and a 10 month old. I'm looking for an 'All about me' document to give new parents to fill in, ideally with everything on it?
And Do you have a seperate document for starting points/where the parents think the child is at? I've read about giving them the 'what to expect when document' but not sure is that included in the 'all about me' or something seperate

I have my policies, contract, permission forms, do I need anything else?

    Thanks

All about me writing guidance here - All About Me

You ask parents for starting points and you can give them the 'what to expect when?' guidance to help them make judgements.

Then you use Early Years Outcomes to make your own starting points - often called a 'baseline assessment' - these are your first observations.

You track the child's progress from their starting points
