    Default Temp contracts/one off childcare

Hi. I have a parent asking if I can have her two girls as a complete one off for one day next month, what would I need in place for this?
    Kind regards

Child info form, all the emergency and medical info as usual.
    Policies and permissions.
No need for contract, BUT I would get payment in full in advance and be clear, in writing, what happens if they change their minds and no longer want the care, or if they want to change the day/hours, or if you can not provide the care in the end (illness etc).
