    Default Parent Pack Preparation

Apologies if there is already a thread about this.

I am due to take on my first child next week and the parents are popping round this week to sign all the necessary bits and bobs. Is someone able to help list what I need to get them to sign, please? I don't want to forget anything or miss something out!

Thanks in advance for your help

Contract + deposit or first fees payment in advance (always get payment strictly in advance of care: 'no pay no play', as someone said last week!).
    Agreement of your policies.

    Thank you.

Should I get the parents to sign a copy of each of the polices or just a form listing the policies they have read and understood etc.

Same with permissions - I have them all listed and then the parents sign just once at the end. Is this ok?

    Sorry for all the questions!

Yes, keep it simple- each parent sign on a sheet listing all policies, and the same for permissions.
Remember the contract is with both parents (if the are 2 parents) so you need both parents to sign each document.

Thank you. It's a massive help. I just needed pointing in the right direction. I think the simpler I keep it, the better for the parents too.

    Thanks again x
