Default Paperwork for 1hr a week for a 7 year old?

Just wondering what you all do where the total care is one hour per week? This is a friendly arrangement, and want to keep it as simple as possible!
I'm thinking Child Record Form and standard contract (although most of it will not be applicable ) just so that all the important contact numbers/doctors details and permission to seek emergency advice/treatment are covered.
I'll provide parents with copies of the usual main policies but is there anything else that would be necessary?
Thank you...any thoughts would be appreciated.

I can't think of any more that I would do but it will be interesting to see if anyone comes up with anything.

As you have said just contracts, child record form, parental control form (or whatever proper name is), don't forget to keep times of attendance and you may want to send odd photo to parents by email - I wouldn't bother to do any kind of learning journal or even liaise with other settings (school) for such a short attendance.

There is no longer a requirement to liaise with school once children are in full time school ... so for 7 year old absolutely not!

Just contract, child record form - see annex C here - https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...n_handbook.pdf
