    Default contract for sibblings

    hello
I'm quite sure this question has been answered somewhere in this forum already but I can't find it!!
I have a new mum coming tomorrow to sign a contract for 2 children.
One is 9 to 4 pm and one is 12 to 4 pm ( pick up from nursery).
Can I write only one contract or do I need 2 ??
    thanks

Personally, I like 1 contract per child. There can be differences in hours/days which can be easier to keep track of on separate contracts. Also, there can be differences in parental responsibility etc. And if one child leaves (to school/nursery) it is easy to end one contract and the other sibling's remains unchanged.

I always do 1 for each child - they are individuals and taking up 2 spaces

If it's two children with the same hours and all the other details are the same (same parents etc) I do one contract.

If the children are on different hours, or there are any other differences, I do separate contracts.

I do individual child record forms in all cases.

    Ok thanks.
I will do one each then as one goes to nursery and one is with me all day.
It gets confusing with the payment though as the parents will have to add them.
    Thanks

Even if I do separate contracts I do one invoice and put the individual amount for each child along with the total due.

:-) that's what I do. Seperate contracts but one invoice.
