    Default C&L recording help.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a new little 2yr old starting on funding... the reason he is receiving the funding is his speach. The hv has suggested he mixes with others to bring the amount that he speaks on... the actual words he says are quite clear. Now, I don't have a problem with this but I would like to monitor it for his hv revue in 4 months time, does anyone have a format they use to record progress or lack of? Pretty please

I don't if this will be any help, but I have used it before to track C&L development
