    Default How long?

How long does everyone keep old contracts for? I've looked online and seen anything from a couple of years upwards.

For Ofsted - a 'reasonable period of time' ... for insurance - until the child is 21 years 3 months old 'just in case'

Mmmm... I am sure I posted a question on this ...but it seems to have disappeared.
No worries as I can check it elsewhere.

Asked Ofsted directly at London OBC
Reasonable time is really not a very clear answer by the inspectorate ...in fact it is rather vague...as it leaves it open to individual interpretations and conflicting advice.

I was informed records need to be kept for 7 years.
I am sure we can take that and decide what is best for us as independent cms

    Good luck!
