Default E mailing policies and procedures

    Hi everyone.
I've previously printed off and handed out copies of all my policies and procedures to the parents, and they have signed and returned them all, and I have taken copies.
It's time to review them, and I'm thinking to save time, paper and sanity, I could either e mail them out and ask for written confirmation (by return e mail) that they've been read and agreed. Or I could post them on my website?
    Is this satisfactory to ofsted?
I do all my communication, invoicing etc with parents by e mail at the current time.
    Thanks in advance,
    Laura

Many childminders email policies and procedures - saves the rainforest , so as long as you have confirmation from parents that they have received, read and understood them, I can so no reason why that would be an issue for Ofsted

I don't have to deal with ofsted so can't answer that bit but I email policies and procedures to parents as saves me a fortune on ink and paper

I don't print anything for parents (unless they have no printer)- policies, agreement forms, child details form, etc all go on the cloud and a link emailed to parents.
