Nursery Resources paperwork. Would it be very bad of me to copy them?

I purchased a few bits from Nursery Resources the other day as i seem to spend half my working life designing templates for paperwork.

I stupidly assumed that by buying the paperwork, you were also buying the right to copy it, but when it turned up, i noticed the 'do not copy' blurb at the bottom of the sheet. Now slightly peeved as they were quite pricey and i'm only going to be able to use them once.

So, how closely can i copy the format of the paperwork? Would Ofsted care about me copying it word for word? I photocopy colouring books and worksheets all the time without thinking about it, so would i be in lots of trouble if i just photocopied this too?

I feel like a criminal for even asking!

The copyright belongs to the Nursery resources company so nothing to do with Ofsted - I'm sure if you just used the general idea of the stationery but put it in your own words then that would be fine. Many people do their own contracts, medicine forms etc - I'm sure they get their ideas (if not the exact words) from somebody else's forms.
