Food allergy regs - are we keeping labels/packaging?

Just returning to minding after maternity leave so I'm reading up on all the new food allergy regulations. I've put a list of allergens up so I can tick what's in my food each day. I understand we have to retain receipts for 3 months - my question is whether we also have to keep food labels and packaging? So for example if I give weetabix do I need to keep the weetabix box?

We keep labels of unusual food - and take a photo of food ingredients on outings.

Everything else can be found on the website of the food manufacturer so we can look things up easily if questioned by parents

I do the same as Sarah. I don't mark up my food every day. I just keep a record in my Diary in case I need it. Waste of time doing every day.

I record babies food everyday in their diaries. I have a folder containing my regular meals with allergens listed. If I use a new ingredient I keep the packaging until I have time to log it in the folder. Then if parents ask the info is there x
