Would I need to do an LJ?

I am taking on a little girl on an Ad-Hoc basis, I will only have her 3 days a week and it is only going to be short term... Possibly a couple of week, possibly a couple of months. It is not a permanent arrangement.

I have got an Ad-Hoc contract, child record form and permission forms all done and signed. But do I need to do an LJ?

Could you combine a daily diary and simple LJ with occasional obs?

If an inspector turned up you would need to show something for every child in your care.
