    Default contracts

Good afternoon everyone. I have an interview tomorrow with an unusual twist.
A lady will be coming with her nephew in hope to start care Tuesday on a temporary basis. I'm in Leeds and mum is living in Slough with a 2 hour commute to work so the child is staying with auntie. Can auntie sign the contract even though she doesn't have parental responsibility for the child? I'm guessing not! All advice welcome TIA

I think she can sign the contract which means she will be responsible for the payments, you will however need someone with parental responsibility to sign permissions and child record form.
