I'm just starting out (waiting for my pre-reg visit)..I think I'm ready paperwork wise but I just wanted to check if I've missed anything out!

Policies (I have 15 in total)
Consent forms
Risk assessment
Portfolio
Contracts (Pacey ones)
Attendance register (again Pacey)
Diary to make notes in
Books for accidents, admin of medicines, receipts

I plan to use scrapbooks for the childrens learning journals and have folders to store my observations/planning paperwork.

Does this all sound ok?

Ooh just realised I haven't got anything for recording all the info on the child....allergies etc, DOB and parents details etc....

I also get parents to fill in an all about me form about what there child can and can't do at home
