    Default Childminding profiles

    Hi i am recently taking on a child who is 3 and is in pre-school should I do a profile for her even though pre school are.
    Any info would be great on what everyone else does etc

    I would still do a profile. You should also ask parents for permission to discuss the child's progress with the other setting the child attends to ensure you comply with the EYFS.

    Although it can be very hard to get some settings to work with you.

    Yes I thought so I'm abit stuck on how to approach a teacher regarding the child and what information I need etc: should I ask for a written statement of her starting points and were she's at in her development?
