    Default occasional minding

    Hi i just wanted to know, do you need a different contract for occasional minding during the hols

    No just write the contract and put the fact that its occasional or ad hoc in the notes. You really do need something which confirms your hourly rate etc confirmed by the parent.
    I'm not paranoid - the world IS out to get me!

    Don't forget to be very clear if you are 'guaranteeing' the occasional care...if you are sure you will always have a space for the child.... or whether it is subject to availability
    It will save a lot of misunderstandings in future
